We are excited to share that Art Estate recently hosted a unique Open House at the stunning Penthouse of Archi Tower on Chavchavadze Avenue. The Penthouse, located on the 21st floor, is a remarkable black frame property without renovations, providing a blank canvas for future homeowners. During this Open House, we transformed the space into an artistic showcase featuring the talented artist Tamara Shaverdashvili. The exhibition unveiled new perspectives of the penthouse, demonstrating its potential to become a vibrant living space filled with creativity and inspiration.
